Certified Carrier prices are per person, based on *=double or **=triple
occupancy per room and include selected Hotel, hotel transfers, hotel tax, and
baggage handling. Bookings within 14 days of departure add $10 per person.
Holiday surcharges and weekend add-ons may apply. All packages are capacity
controlled and subject to change.
Not Included:
Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) may apply depending upon the itinerary

Federal Excise Tax: does apply per flight segment, if this tax is not
included already in the advertised fare. A flight segment is defined as one
takeoff and one landing.
September 11th Security Fee: applies per flight segment. A flight segment
is defined as one takeoff and one landing.
U.S. or International Departure and Arrival Charges: U.S. or
international government imposed taxes and fees may apply depending upon the
itinerary chosen
Travel Insurance (for: illness, trip interruption & cancellation, missing
luggage...) available and recommended.
*** ATTENTION: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC passengers
Effective immediately, all United States resident aliens with a
Green Card must have a valid passport from their country of origin to enter
the Dominican Republic from the United States A Green Card and other photo ID is
no longer an acceptable proof of citizenship. Resident aliens without a valid
passport will be denied boarding. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately this change was made without prior notice from the Dominican
Republic.
Please read following as the most recent correct information: regarding minors
traveling to DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC law requires that children under 18 on the day of departure
traveling with an adult or guardian other than their parent, present written
authorization from the parent (s). This authorization must state that the
parent (s) have given consent for child to leave the country.
If the child is traveling with only one parent the letter is not necessary. If
the child's last name differs from the last name of accompanying parent (s),
proof of parentage is required. Parent name change must be documented (i.e.
marriage certificate.) If the minor is 14-17 on the day of departure they must
hold either a valid passport or a valid, official photo ID along with their birth
certificate. Anyone under 18 on the day of departure WILL BE DENIED BOARDING
if not accompanied by an adult (18 years or older)
*** ATTENTION: MEXICO passengers
MEXICO law no longer requires a notarized letter from the non-accompanying
parent (s) for minors under 18. If the child's last name differs from the last
name of the accompanying parent (s) - proof of parentage is required. Parents
name change must be documented (i.e. marriage certificate.) Anyone under 18
on the day of departure WILL BE DENIED BOARDING if not accompanied by an adult
(18 years or older)
Travel Documentation: It is the passenger's responsibility to be in
possession of all necessary documentation for the destination country (valid
passport, etc.) at the time of departure. ALL AIRLINES reserve the right to
deny boarding to passengers without the proper documentation
CHECK in at the airline counter is required AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO
EACH FLIGHT. CHECK IN LATER COULD RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION.
