Riviera Maya- The demand for the Palladium skyrocketed and
three years later, still holds its place as one of the most popular Resorts,
quick to sell out too!
The Resort was built with horizontal flow, parallel to the Caribbean Sea and a
long white beach to a far peninsula. It is integrated with the natural beauty of
light jungle foliage, with abundant flowers and manicured gardens added. Most of
the facility is linked by walkways over lagoons, connecting restaurants with two
lavishly decorated lobbies, with vast marble floors, sculptures and artwork.
There is a choice of four à la carte restaurants--Mexican, Oriental,
Mediterranean, and a steakhouse--and three buffet restaurants offering
continental, local and Creole cuisine. The Azul Palapa has dining a la fresco,
overlooking a gigantic lagoon size pool, with Grecian columns encasing pools of
bubbling water. A magical setting!
Nightly shows take place in a theater off the courtyard and guests gravitate to
the lobby bars for cocktails in an inviting setting. Hemmingways is a
non-smoking bar with games while Churchills is the place for an after dinner
liqueur and cigar. The night lights up at Sunset Blvd. Disco in a Hollywood
theme!

diners toexperience the magnificent surroundings and
views of the main pool. This restaurant serves
continental breakfast, lunch from 12 noon to 4:00 pm,
snacks 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tikal & La Hacienda - 2 large
air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a "Creole Corner'
and nightly show cooking.
Mare Nostrum - This is an
air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a
Mediterranean flare Men must wear long pants for dinner.

La Adelita - A la carte
Mexican restaurant. Air conditioned. Men must wear long
